I have a set of 4 Toyo Open Country Tires 40x13.5R17. Plenty of meat on the tires (only 15k miles) and comes with 1 spare brand new tire of same make and model. Located in San Francisco and would prefer local pickup but I can check to see how much it cost to ship.
